McNabb Internet Connections, Inc Network Management Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this policy to preserve the Internet as an open platform enabling our customers choices, freedom of expression, end user control, competition, and the freedom to innovate without permission.
McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. shall not block lawful content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices, subject to Acceptable Use Policy.
McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. shall not block consumers from accessing lawful websites, subject to reasonable network management; nor shall we block applications that compete with voice or video telephony services, subject to Acceptable Use Policy.
McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. shall not unreasonably discriminate in transmitting lawful network traffic over our network Internet access service. Our Acceptable Use Policy shall not constitute unreasonable discrimination.
Nothing in this policy supersedes any obligation or authorization McNabb Internet Connections, Inc may have to address the needs of emergency communications or law enforcement, public safety or national security authorities, consistent with or as permitted by law, or limits McNabb Internet Connections, Inc ability to do so.
Nothing in this policy prohibits reasonable efforts by McNabb Internet Connections, Inc to address copyright infringement or other unlawful activity.
