Phone Problems
Please make sure all handsets are on the hook.
Cordless phones should have the power cord unplugged, for about 30 seconds.
Unplug and plug in phone cords to phones and jacks.
If on fiber phone service, try to unplug and plug in ELECTRICAL CORD ONLY on the ONT BOX.
DO NOT UNPLUG FIBER CORD FROM ONT BOX.
BE CAREFUL WORKING AROUND THE FIBER CORD ATTACHED TO ONT BOX.
